- Our primary focus is on providing Services that deliver valuable data and insights about Users to our Clients, with a strong emphasis on privacy and data security. We collect business contact and related information about you—typically the kind of details available on a business card. This data is used to create profiles of Users and allows us to analyse and identify potential customers and/or other relevant business connections for our Clients, and provide them with relevant information, including contact information, to enable them to contact you and optimize their marketing spending and sales efforts.
- Our comprehensive analysis provides valuable information to our Client’s marketing, sales, and community teams. By leveraging this data-driven intelligence, our Clients can make informed decisions and enhance their strategies, resulting in more effective outreach and engagement with their target audience.
- PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT AND USE
- Personal Data that we may collect or receive: We collect various types of information from multiple sources, including our Clients and their Users, to create professional profiles of individuals and business profiles of companies (“Profile(s)”) stored in our database (“Database”) to provide Services to our Clients. We may also generate additional information about you, known as derived Personal Data — by analyzing or combining data we collect through these sources. These information categories include:
(i) information such as email address along with additional information, such as your name, address, telephone number (general, direct business and/or mobile), email address, profile pictures, internet protocol address, current or past job history, including but not limited to job title/ designation and department, industry, professional proficiency information (such your preferred coding languages), business-related address, employment history, professional affiliations, education background and links to social media profiles and handles (such as LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook) and articles written;
(ii) information collected while providing customer support, including the voice recordings of interactions with the customer support and information you may provide by way of feedback, comments, or other communications with us;
(iii) geolocation information such as information about your physical location, including your IP address, obtained from geolocation features from your devices; and
(iv) depending on how Clients use our Services, we may also receive information from external applications you use to access our Services or we may receive information through various web technologies, such as Cookies (as defined below), log files, clear gifs, web beacons and any others. This information is compiled and analysed on an aggregated basis. This information may include the URL that you just came from (whether this URL is on the Website or not), which URL you next go to (whether this URL is on the Website or not), your computer browser information, your IP address, and other information associated with your interaction with the Website. - Primary sources of information: We rely on the following sources to collect the information specified in Clause 2.1 above to create Profiles:
- OUR CLIENTS AND THEIR REPRESENTATIVES: We may collect information from our Clients and their authorized representatives, such as: (i) information that was provided to them in relation to a purchase of any Services of our Clients; (ii) information that was provided by our Client during the registration process; and (iii) information that was provided during the interaction or communication with our Clients;
- THIRD-PARTY DATA VENDORS: We may obtain your information from third-party data vendors to help us create accurate and comprehensive Profiles. Third Parties include certain data vendors and our Clients, who provide us with information through licensing, sponsorship, or other agreements. For example, we provide certain Services to Clients in which Clients authorize us to collect certain information and data to develop professional Profiles that are compiled into our Database. We also obtain information from third-party providers, partners and integrators who gather data from a variety of sources including data co-ops or publicly available sources.
In addition, we may collect information from Clients through web-based exchanges, aggregators, and publishers. Such information may include identifiers such as IP address, Cookie and other unique identifiers that might be considered Personal Data. The data collected via the identifiers may include details about online behaviour, such as pages visited, time spent on a web page, session start/stop time, whether the visitor scrolled through or clicked on an ad or webpage, and referring to a website address, which may then be associated with the identified company; and
- THROUGH FIRST-HAND RESEARCH ON PUBLICLY AVAILABLE WEB SOURCES: We conduct first-hand research on publicly available web sources to gather information that contributes to creating Profiles. This may include collecting data from publicly accessible websites, professional networking platforms, social media profiles, or other publicly available sources of information and shall include data such as information about businesses and the personnel who work or were previously employed with and other information and identifiers, such as name, title, company or business, business contact information, email address, employment history, social media data.
- INFORMATION COLLECTED THROUGH COMPANY’S INTEGRATIONS: As part of the Services, our Clients have the option to integrate our Services with various third-party platforms. These integrations allow the transmission of information from software used by you or our Clients, for instance, the Client’s CRM tools, email systems, and browser extensions. Through these integrations, we may collect information about individuals and companies and process the same to create, organize, scan, merge, and update Profiles in the Database.
- Purpose for which we collect Personal Data:
We only collect, receive, process and use such Personal Data that we consider necessary for achieving a seamless, efficient and safe experience. We may use your Personal Data for the following purposes:
(i) to develop, provide, maintain, personalize, and improve the Website and Services and such other aspects we deem necessary;
(ii) to provide a meaningful user experience, better usability, troubleshooting and maintenance of our Services;
(iii) to develop new products, user experiences, services, etc.;
(iv) for compliance and undertaking of the purchase orders/contract for our Services;
(v) to understand when and which parts of our Website/Services are most visited and its frequency;
(vi) to identify a User;
(vii) to communicate, including contacting and responding to queries or requests, to provide customer support and such other communication as may be required;

(xiv) to create, verify, update, correct and maintain Profiles in our Database;
(xv) to share Profiles with our Clients to provide Services and grant access to accurate and updated information which could be used by them for their internal sales and marketing operations;
(xvi) in order to be compliant with applicable law or to honour back-to-back obligations we may have with any other third party in relation to our Services;
(xvii) fine-tune or train LLMs or other artificial intelligence models;
(xviii) conduct troubleshooting, data analysis, testing, research, and other similar activities;
(xix) detect, investigate, and prevent fraud and other illegal activities;
(xx) comply with our contractual and legal obligations, resolve disputes with Users, and enforce our agreements; and
(xxi) carry out any other purpose described at the time the information was collected.
- Disclosure of Information: In addition to using your Personal Data ourselves, we may send your personal information and other information to other companies, affiliates, and third parties in the following instances:
(i) Service Providers: We may share your Personal Data with service providers who may use your information to provide us services and help us better your interaction with our Services, but not limited to data hosting, web analytics, website hosting, data analysis, infrastructure provision, information technology services, conducting surveys and contests, customer service, email or SMS delivery services, payment processing, auditing, consulting, event management, data security, and anti-fraud monitoring, etc. Such services may require limited disclosure of your Personal Data on a strictly need-to-know basis. (iii) Legal Compliance and to defend our rights: To a third-party in order to comply with a court order or other similar legal procedure, or when we believe in good faith that such disclosure is necessary to comply with the law; prevent imminent physical harm or financial loss; or investigate or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, or violations of our policies set out under the Privacy Notice. We may disclose Personal Data, if in our sole discretion, we believe it is necessary or appropriate in connection with an investigation of fraud, intellectual property infringement, piracy, or other unlawful activity. (iv) Business Transferees. (v) Clients. We may share data with our Clients as part of our Services¸ including the Profiles and Database, in accordance with our service agreements. Such sharing is subject to strict confidentiality, purpose limitation, and data protection obligations.
(vi) Consent. We may disclose your Personal Data to third parties with your consent or pursuant to your direction.
Further, you explicitly consent to us de-identifying the information we collect so that the information cannot reasonably be identified/linked back to you or your device, or we may collect information that is already in de-identified form. Our use and disclosure of de-identified information is not subject to any restrictions under this Privacy Notice, and we may use and disclose it to others for any purpose, without limitation.
- Limitation of Purpose:
(i) Before or at the time of collecting Personal Data, we will identify the purposes for which information is being collected.
(ii) We will collect and use Personal Data solely with the objective of fulfilling those purposes specified by us and for other compatible purposes, unless we obtain the consent of the individual concerned or as required by law.
(iii) We will only retain Personal Data as long as necessary for the fulfilment of those purposes.

- YOUR RIGHTS & PREFERENCES AS A DATA SUBJECT:
- Company processes your Personal Data under the directive of its Clients and has no direct relationship with you. If you are a User of one of our Clients and would no longer like to be contacted by one of our Clients that use our Service or wish to amend your Personal Data, please contact the Client directly to effect any changes. Requests to manage any Personal Data of Users for Clients are bound in time and scope by the agreements between the Client and the Company.
- Upon request Company will provide you with information about whether we hold any of your Personal Data. An individual who seeks access, or who seeks to correct, amend, or delete inaccurate data should direct his query to the relevant Client (the data controller). If requested to remove data, we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
- If you are a User and do not want information about yourself to be included in the Services or our Database, please submit a request with us. We will keep your information in order to suppress it from being included in our Database to our Clients. Please note that this will not remove your data from the databases of other parties (such as our Clients or other data providers) who may already possess your data. Additionally, you can request and obtain a report detailing the information we have collected about you by submitting a request at dataprivacy@reo.dev.
- Do Not Track. While some browsers have a “do not track” (also known as DNT) feature that lets you instruct websites not to track your online activities, we do not respond to or honor DNT signals or similar mechanisms transmitted by web browsers, because there is no consistent industry standard for interpreting and responding to these signals. However, in jurisdictions where required, our Website is designed to honor opt-out preference signals. - DATA RETENTION:
We take reasonable steps to ensure that your Personal Data is retained only for so long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected. The Company shall endeavour and shall take every precaution to maintain adequate physical, procedural and technical security with respect to our offices and information storage facilities so as to prevent any loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure or modification of the User’s Personal Data under our control. The Company also uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) for authentication and private communications in an effort to build Users’ trust and confidence in the internet and Website use by providing simple and secure access and communication of any Personal Data.
Your user information is stored on servers located in the USA. We shall use generally accepted industry standards to protect the Personal Data of the User submitted to us, both during transmission and upon receipt. However, please be advised that, no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. If any security breach comes to our knowledge, then we may take all steps required to protect misuse of such Personal Data and may attempt to notify you electronically so that you can take appropriate steps.
- CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
Our Website is not directed to or intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect or use any Personal Data from individuals who are under the age of 18. No Personal Data should be submitted to our Website by individuals who are under 18 years of age. - US RESIDENTS: APPLICABILITY
With regard to processing of Personal Data of certain US residents, we confirm that we do not sell, trade, or rent your Personal Data to any third party (not being Clients) unless you have expressly authorized us to do so, either in writing or electronically, or as permitted under the terms of this Privacy Notice. However, we provide limited information of our Clients in order to better tailor our Services to your needs and preferences. We do not process any Personal Data of minors.

NOTICE FOR CALIFORNIA USERS
This Privacy Notice for California residents (this “California Notice”) supplements the information contained in this Privacy Notice and applies solely to visitors and users residing in the State of California.
