Who can participate?

Anyone in the TechGTM ecosystem can participate, including customers, promoters, community members, and friends of Reo.Dev.

What qualifies as a successful referral?

The referred company must:

Build products for developers or a technical audience
Have 30 or more employees
Not be an existing customer of Reo.Dev
Not be in conversation with the Reo.Dev team

The referred company should take a demo call with our GTM team within 60 days of the referral date.

Who should I refer?

We're looking for Sales, Marketing, Growth, Revenue Operations, or GTM leaders who are involved in purchasing GTM solutions.

What reward will I receive?

You'll receive Apple AirPods Pro 3, or an equivalent gift card, for every successful referral.

When will I receive my reward?

Rewards are typically sent within 2 to 4 weeks after the referred company attends the demo.

Can I refer multiple companies?

Yes. There's no limit to the number of companies you can refer.

Can I earn multiple rewards?

Yes. You'll receive one reward for each successful qualified referral.

Can multiple people refer the same company?

Only the first valid referral submitted for a company will be eligible for the reward.

What if my referral is already talking to Reo.Dev?

If the referred company is an existing customer of Reo.Dev, or is already in conversation with our sales team, it won't qualify for the referral.

What if the company books a demo but doesn't attend?

Canceled, indefinitely rescheduled, or no-show demos are not eligible for rewards.

What if the referral doesn't qualify?

If the company or contact doesn't meet the qualification criteria, we'll let you know, but no reward will be given.

Can I refer my own company?

No. Self-referrals are not eligible.

Does the referral need to buy Reo.Dev?

No. The reward is issued once the referral attends a demo and meets the program criteria. A purchase is not required.

How long is my referral valid?

Referrals are valid for 60 days from the date they are submitted.

Can I track the status of my referral?

We'll send email updates to the email address you provide as your referral progresses through validation, demo completion, and reward fulfillment.

Will my referral know I referred them?

Yes. During outreach, we'll let them know they were introduced through your referral.

Is there a deadline for this program?

The referral program is ongoing unless otherwise stated. Reo.Dev reserves the right to modify or end the program at any time.

What happens after I submit a referral?

We review the referral.
We verify eligibility.
Our team reaches out.
A demo is scheduled.
The demo is completed.
Your reward is shipped.

How do I know if my referral qualifies?

We will inform you about Qualification over email once you refer someone, Here is the criteria of qualification

The referred contact must be:

A full-time Sales or Marketing employee of a DevTool company with more than 30 employees.
New to Reo.dev (not a current customer, not already in discussions, and not previously referred).
Able to book and complete a meeting (Step 1) within 60 days of referral and subscribe to an annual plan within 180 days of referral (Step 2).

What are different ways I can refer someone?

You can refer some one via email or LinkedIn

By Email:
You can send an introductory email to your referral and add refer@reo.dev in cc or bcc.
Alternatively, you can forward your introductory email to us so we can maintain a record

By LinkedIn:
You can create a thread between your referral and any one of the founders at Reo.Dev and introduce us there.

Can I refer multiple people from the same company?

Yes! You can refer multiple contacts from the same company. However, you’ll only receive rewards once per company.

How do I choose between different type of rewards?

When your referral books a meeting or subscribes, you’ll receive an email with options. You can choose among:

A gift card (Amazon gift card)
A donation to charity
Reo credits (platform credits)

What happens if they start with a trial or monthly plan?

You’ll receive the reward once they convert to an annual subscription.

What happens if my referral add a dated exit clause in their contract ?

You’ll receive the reward once the exit clause date has passed and is void.

When are the rewards credited?

Step 1 rewards are credited within 30 days of the meeting date.
Step 2 rewards are credited within 60 days of a successful annual subscription.

Note: Step 1 rewards will be void if the booked meeting is cancelled.

How do I redeem the Reo/platform credits?

Credits will be added to your account and can be used like normal credits. However, they will expire 90 days from the date they are added.

Is there a limit to how many referrals I can submit?

No limit! The more qualified referrals you submit, the more you can earn. We appreciate your help in growing our community.
